Couple Welcomes New Daughter on Road to Hospital

Somerset, England - Cat Bennett and her husband Duncan experienced an unforgettable birth when she delivered their daughter, Amelia, in the back of their Land Rover.

The couple was just five minutes from Musgrove Park Hospital when Cat went into labor. Despite her best efforts to hold on, the baby was born before they could make it to the hospital.

Duncan, who was driving, pulled over to the side of the road and called for help. Paramedics arrived shortly after and assisted with the delivery. Both Cat and baby Amelia are doing well.

The couple said they were grateful for the help of the paramedics and the hospital staff. They also shared their story as a reminder to other parents that it's important to be prepared for unexpected births.
